What Does One Do?

What does a person do when someone backs over your mailbox?

What does a person do when you watch a someone back over your mailbox?

What does a person do when you watch a someone back over your mailbox and you have the make, model, and color of the vehicle?

What does a person do when you watch a someone back over your mailbox and you have his license plate number?

What does a person do when you watch a someone back over your mailbox and you have it on SURVEILLANCE TAPE?!?!?!?!

Well, according to the sheriff's department it is the state troopers problem. According to the state troopers there is nothing they can do, because it is the sheriff's problem. According to the city police it is the sheriff's problem. According to the county license department, they can't give out the name or address of the guy who did it, you will have to file a report with the sheriff's department. Our home owners insurance suggested the fbi, being that the postal service is a federal agency and that would fall under their authority. According to the county commissioner it falls under the sheriff's department jurisdiction. The postal service main office in Huntsville didn't know where my area was much less it's zip code. You work for the post office and don't know them? The district commissioner's secretary said he will call us back Monday. The sheriff wasn't in his office and will call us back Monday.

What is the moral of this story? Do whatever the fuck you want, because the cops won't do shit. I'm sorry to all the LEO's out there that have over an 80 IQ, but the reputation police have is very well deserved. It is the sheriff's department problem, but they don't want to do there jobs. By the way, this is the 6th mailbox in the last few years and the sheriff's department has handled them all up until now.

Next time we'll get into how harassment in all forms is legal, you know, as long as the cops don't see it. But for God's sake don't have 300 hours of the shit on tape....
