The Continuing Problem of Alien Warlords by FrankJ.

Note Ricky's comment(#2).

Thank you google.

The Fifth Amedment.

"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

No free man shall be arrested, or imprisoned, or deprived of his property, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any way destroyed, nor shall we go against him or send against him, unless by legal judgement of his peers, or by the law of the land."

Just for the record...

The rest of the world is stark raving mad.

3) 30 Gb card?

Does this mean? I call it.

You Know What, F*** Toyota!!!

Everyone remember my little problem a few weeks back dealing with my sisters and my car?

Well, guess what?

A tree fell on my sisterÂ’s car on Friday. It wasn't a big tree, but it did f*** it up a little. Yeah, little enough to require body work on %50 of the car and a complete repaint.

All $2500. Shit!

All that for a $2000 car. Hey, I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't a steal. It WAS in great shape.

Mine, is...well... F#*$ed up also. Friday I went out and purchased a new thermostat, coolant, oil pan gasket, and serpentine belts. I was going to make a weekend project out of it.

I got the belt on easy enough, but I couldn't get the oil pan off. It must be fried on. Might as well let the dealer handle this. You know, if it isn't over a $100. Because I only paid $3 for the part.

By my math thatÂ’s $3 times three for labor = $12

Plus oil and filter = $18

for a grand total of = $32.40 (remember my math.)

Well, the guy that they took it to said $268 just for the gasket replacement.

Yes, the same guy that they got such a good deal out of the last time.

But wait, it isn't the leaky seal thatÂ’s leaking it's the rear main seal in the engine? WTF!?
Isn't that the same thing?

Hold on, it's been 100k since your last tune up so letÂ’s add $454 for the tune up. :O

AND $303 for the Cv joints because we feel like it. (Those bastards were replaced F***ing 16 months ago they are not bad DAMNIT!!!)

Total cost for mine = around $1500
Shit at this rate they might as well check the rack and pinion for leaks because that is only a year old.

I swear my next car will be factory fresh. None of this used car bull shit.

I so want one of these.

"Just over a week ago, Jay Carter's CarterCopter managed to break a significant rotorcraft barrier, traveling at a mu ratio of 1. This 1-to-1 ratio (sometimes called the mu-1 barrier) represents a condition where the forward speed of the craft is the same as the speed of the tip of the rotor. This means that at a certain point, the tip of the retreating blade is "standing still" relative to the wind and producing no lift, while the rest of the blade is actually moving backwards through the air. Such a condition is normally impossible for a rotorcraft, and so the forward speed of a helicopter is limited by the the speed of the rotors. This accomplishment by the CarterCopter, which some insisted couldn't be done, proves that this new craft is not subject to that limitation."

F****** Formula One.

Last weeks Indy fiasco was a serious blow to F1 popularity in America. Now good ol' Bernie has to open his big @%#$&*! mouth and go and say something about Danica.

That to me is just unacceptable.

So shove off Bernie and go back to kissing Shu-whatshisname's ass.

Side Note: Why am I, all of the sudden, thinking Weekend at Bernie's?

Red China.

China seems to want to buy out American business.

Did they mention both companies are STATE OWNED?

I Think This Explains Its Self.

France Prepares for Heat Wave as Temperatures Rise

It's freakin' 86 degrees. WHAAAAAAA! Poor babies.

Here it is 91 right now with 48% humidity.

When it hits 100 here (Huntsville, Alabama) then we start to worry about heat exhaustion, but in Boston when then thermometer reads 85... HOLY SHIT EVERYBODY STAY IN DOORS!! IF YOU GO OUTSIDE YOU WILL DIE!!! DRINK ONLY EVAN WATER!!

You know, shit like that…

Poll: China Image Scores Better Than U.S.

Yes, you read that right.

"WASHINGTON -- the United States‘ image is so tattered overseas two years after the Iraq invasion that China, which is ruled by a communist dictatorship, is viewed more favorably than the U.S. in many countries, an international poll found."

Tattered? Can they be serious? A favorable Communist Dictatorship?

"Eleven of the 16 countries surveyed by the Pew Research Center -- Britain, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Russia, Turkey, Pakistan, Lebanon, Jordan and Indonesia -- had a more favorable view of China than the U.S."

Lets see; figures, figures, figures, figures, figures, figures, figures, figures, figures, and figures.

"We should keep plugging away on democracy," he said. "But we need to do a better job of communicating what we're trying to do."

Communicate with a Nuke for all I care.

Madeleine Albright, the secretary of state when Bill Clinton was president, said big majorities of the public in these countries are discontented with Bush "and say Bush's re-election has made them view the United States less favorably."

Oh, this explains enough. Thank God they have no (little?) say in our politics.

So this is what happened.

I guess it was about two weeks ago when out local talk radio station 770 AM WVNN announced a big change was planed. This of course was announced during the Darla Jaye show. Well, now know what the announcement was. Darla is moving to KMBZ in Kansas.

This sucks.

Thursday, Thursday!!

I Have got find something to do today.

How about I start off wth this.

Often mistaken as insane.

You are Slackware Linux. You are the brightest among your peers, but are often mistaken as insane. Your elegant solutions to problems often take a little longer, but require much less effort to complete.
Which OS are You?

What the F***?

Sunday's Formula One race has me greatly confused.

'The Michelin teams deeply regret the position that they have been put in today and would like to apologise to all the spectators, TV viewers, Formula One fans and sponsors for not being able to take part in today?s USA Grand Prix. "

This, I think, proves that the STUPID one set of tires per- race weekend is the single STUPIDEST rule in Formula One history.

I am sorry to see that Indy will no longer be on the Formula One Schedule.

If you care. is a good site for autoracing radio stream on the net.

Turban Durbin.

This is an update post to yesterdays Dick(head) Durbin post.

Vilmar has so newer stuff on "The Dick".

Michelle Malkin has her usual boat load of links.

And the Best of the Web.

And remember you can contact the "senator" @

Phone: (202) 224-2152 or (312) 353-4952

Look at this;

"Following those remarks, the Illinois senator clarified that he was not comparing U.S. soldiers to Pol Pot, Nazis or Soviet guards, but was "attributing this form of interrogation to repressive regimes such as those that I note"

WTF? Does that not mean that he is.

Here is a PDF. file of his Comments.

Here is a good reminder for the senator.

I am sure most of you have heard about the comments Dick Durbin (D-Illinois) made about the treatment of terrorists in Guantanamo.

Well, "The Dick" likened American Service Men and Women to Nazi's and Commie Scum.

Why you ask?

I was going to do a whole rant on this today, but I am at work. So, it will be done by lunch.

In the mean time read Vilmar's, Frank J's, John's, and....

Alabama Gas Price Forum.

Yesterday I posted on the weird flux in oil prices and what you end up paying (getting shafted) at the pump. Most of my information came from and I am starting to think that was a bad source. If most people are as dumb as the people in the forum, then Alabama is truly the stupidest state in the Union.

For example, this gem is in the Gas mileage forum;

I was wondering as I was going down a hill in 2nd gear if I was using up more gas in a lower gear than if I was to put it in drive or neutral and use the brakes.

Okay, you are going down hill. There is no input upon the accelerator, so there is no more fuel used than what would be used idling.

Next one;

Now that the hot summer weather is fast approaching, I found it fitting that on The Discovery channel the other night, the show MythBusters was on and they did a segment on AC vs windows down, which uses more gas.
They took 2 identical 2005 Ford Explorers to a 1/2 mile test track, and drained the gas. They then put exactly 5 gallons of gas in each. Then they both started the engines at the same time and Explorer #1 had all the windows up and the AC on high, and Explorer #2 had the AC off and all 4 windows wide open. They both then drove around the track with the cruse control set at 45 mph. Explorer #1 ran out of gas first, and Explorer #2 was able to go around the track 30 (15 Miles) more times after Explorer #1 stopped.
Point being that although you don't get the best gas mileage with the windows open, you do get better gas mileage than running the AC.

I canÂ’t fault this one. Marvin has done his/her homework.

Number three;

Treble; Does anyone remember the 55 mph speed limit? Is it just a foggy memory lost somewhere is the smoke from your exhaust? Does anybody remember why we had a 55 mph speed limit? Well, it was so that we could conserve fuel and so we would not be so dependent on OPEC. That idea was forgotten long ago. The fact is that the faster you drive over 60 mph, the lower you gas mileage will be. It is, besides the weight of the car, the primary factor in gas mileage. It is also the most important factor under the control of the driver. Bring back the 55 mph speed limit!

Other then the fact he/she is a moron I will go into the, somewhat, more scientific arena. One, cars of that era were not designed to run above, say, 70mph all day. They simply were not geared for it. Two, cars today are extremely aerodynamic compared to the cars of yester year. (Notice I said cars.) Three, If you feel you need to save the environment by doing 55 mph on the interstate, then by all means go ahead. I don't want to hear it when that 18 wheeler hits you at 85 mph.

One, Two, Three, FOUR!!

They're cheap to buy and cheap to drive! Reverse-status symbol, the VW Beetle of the new millenniumum!

Do I have to even say anything?

Verdict In Jackson case. (Live blogging from work.)

Verdict reached.

Will be read within the hour.

The reading of the jury decision expected at 1530.

Jackson faces verdict!

Now back to 1545.

How in the hell do they figure?

Lundberg Survey: U.S. Gas Prices Continue to Fall

Here locally gas averages about $2.00

But I paid $2.09 this morning. (highest being $2.39)

There is one thing that chaps my nickers about all this is...

How can an oil company sell oil on Monday @ a given price and Wednesday get their inventories listings (which usually run a surplus) and go up without a new batch of refined oil comming in?

And another thing: all this crap about there not being enough oil, this wednesday check out when the oil companys publish their inventories for the week and see how much is still left in reserves.

And one other thing; if there is a flux in the market and oil spikes in price how can the oil company (for the quarter) get record profits, but still have slumping sales?

I think it all boils down to the fact that they're are greedy MF'ers and we are getting shafted.

The man who would not leave.

Today is the first day of my summer internship and I am exhausted.

I had nothing to do.

I have never shaken so many hands. My hand hurts.

I don't know how people get up from day to day.

I hope I get better at operating with fewer than 10 hours of sleep everyday.

I fixed my computer, again.

I don't check my e-mail as often. I don't know why?

I received Kim du Toit's book Vienna Days in the mail today.

I'm tired.

Truth, Again.

Your Birthdate: August 17

Your birth on the 17th day of the month suggests that you are very lucky financially, because this date indicates a solid business sense.

Although you are probably very honest and ethical, this birthday enables you to be shrewd and successful in the world of business and commercial enterprise.

You have excellent organizational, managerial, and administrative capabilities enabling you to handle large projects and significant amounts of money with relative ease.

You are ambitious and highly goal-oriented, although you may be better at starting projects than you are at finishing them.

A sensitivity in your nature, often repressed below the surface of awareness, makes it hard to give or receive affection.

Saturday, June 04, 2005

Your Expression Number is 1
You have the skills to be a top executive or businessperson.
But first you must develop your natural capacity to be a good leader.
You are truly original - with a creative approach to life and a very sharp mind.

You reach for the sky, and you have the potential to reach it.
Assertive and straight forward, you have little need for supervision.
You are self-confident, self-reliant, and courageous in your convictions.

While you sometimes fear loneliness, you prefer to be left alone.
A bit self centered, you may be hard to life with at times.
You also have a strong dominant streak - which can push others away at times.

It's not a Beagle?

You Are a German Shepherd Puppy

Intelligent, quick witted, and a bit aggressive.
You've got the jaw power to take a bite out of anyone you choose.

This makes me feel better.

This always happens.

In the last 12 hours I have been hit with two trojans and a possible virus.

It has really shit up my computer.

Any firewalls, virus scans, or other software that aids in the prevention of this should be updated now.

Now to fix this damn dell again.

On a side note: I can't wait to B. (org) Gates takes a long dirt nap so I can piss on his grave!!!

UPDATE: I now have to use a different computer to do anything online. The virus is disguised as an administrator or information account from your mail provider. (,, etc) There is no need to mess with the attachment on this one; it is set to open when the E-mail is opened. I had a total of 9 in all my mail accounts. Needless to say, I had to only click one.

In the last 7 hours the computer hasn't been touched, it has been in sleep mode. There are 13 new programs, 28 Internet Explorer windows open (6 were playing videos), and NO ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS GRANTED to me in any of the control consoles.

The son of a bitch disables your firewall first then your anti-virus software. I can’t save anything that was on it. But I am lucky; I just installed a new hard drive Saturday so there wasn’t much on it.

Just all my saves game files from: The Sims 2, FarCry, Doom, HL2, C&C Generals, Sim City 4, and Starcraft.

I am not really pissed.

I am really, really pissed.

It is going to be a long night.

48 programs to reinstall, 2 operating systems, and a shit load of other crap.

I feel happy, oh so happy.

Here is some more on the SOB.

Update: My ZabaSearch didn't find anything.

Well great.

Thanks to my last post I ran across this at Basil's blog.

So I followed it to The Jawa Report.

And finally to Fox News.

It seems that Fox news has joined the ranks of the F*ing Liberals.

What is in the news today?

Deep Throat Revealed - I don't care. It happened 15 years before I was born. (Is it just me or do you keep thinking of a '70 something porno?)

Calif. Landslide Sends 18 Homes Crashing - No one would even care if the homes were not worth over a million each.

Lindsay Lohan Uninjured in Car Crash - Damn lindsay eat a samich!

Bird Flu Said Not Behind Chicken Illness - But in front of...

Dutch Voters Reject European Union Charter - Proving to be the only sane people in Europe.

Ahh, screw it. I am not any good at this. Go read Basil or Oystersnout for better examples.
